THE FINE PRINT
To ensure availability of service and menu items please place your orders at least 5 business days in advance. We recommend 10 business days for large and specialty events. For last-minute catering requests please contact the catering department, and we will do our best to accommodate you. A last minute order fee will be added to all orders placed within 36 hours of the event.
Confirmation of the number of guests is required at least 3 business days prior to your event, by 12:00pm (noon). This number is considered a guarantee and will be reflected on the final bill. The guarantee is not subject to reduction after the deadline. Your billing is based on the final count. If the number of guests is higher than your final guarantee, we will adjust accordingly.
Revisions and Cancellations
Revisions are to be made via CaterTrax, please note the revisions are not final until a catering administrator approves the changes. Should your event require changes less than 24 hours prior to your event time, a charge may be added to your final invoice for incurred cost.
Customers are responsible for providing written notice of cancellation at least 72 hours prior to the event date. Orders cancelled within 48 hours will be subject to food and labor expenses incurred by Catering by Bon Appétit. If the University closes in the morning due to inclement weather, Bon Appétit will cancel all scheduled orders for that day.
